BIO
Jeffrey Kragt has been practicing law for 20 years with a focus on and extensive knowledge in municipal law. He has been the City Attorney for the City of Rochester since 2008. He also specializes in the areas of real estate law, civil litigation, and business and commercial law.
Mr. Kragt graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 1997. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, Municipal Bar Association, Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys, and the Rochester Bar Association.
Mr. Kragt began his legal career at Beier Howlett and practiced there until he decided to take on the challenge and opportunity of opening his own firm in April of 2017.
